The following shipping instructions are very important when preparing your laptop for shipping to us.
- Use a box with at least a 5cm space between the laptop and the box. Fill this gap with bubble wrap or other packing material. The packing material should fill the entire air gap to prevent the laptop from moving while in transit.
- Be sure to include your battery and power adapter in the box. Sometimes one of these items can be the cause of your problem. Place the adapter on the side of the computer as this will prevent any damage from putting pressure on the LCD screen.
- Please include your name, address, email and a daytime phone number. Also include copy of any email received from us regarding your repair.
